Shiloh meetings are women/women identifying groups. We are LGBTQ friendly. If you identify as she/her you are welcome! We are a cameras on, active participation, and active listening meeting.

This is a guided meditation.. Its purpose is to help calm our minds so that we can relax into a restful state to aid in getting good nights sleep. There is time for open shares on the different parts of the meditation, but this is a gentle meeting where we aren't unpacking the heavy stuff. The facilitator will explain more during the opening script reading.
