How the meeting directory is set up.

Meeting Directory Overview

The meeting directory is a comprehensive list of all the registered SIA meetings. They can be filtered by day of the week, language, and other criteria.

Meeting Directory Policies

Users add and edit meeting listings. A meeting that hasn’t been updated in the last 6 months will need to be added again.

SIA meeting maintainers manually update (edit and import) the meeting data, in case there are changes or information not handled by the automation.

SIA website administrators manage automation and integrations.

Meeting Directory Plugin

The meeting directory uses the plugin 12-step-meeting-list, created for AA’s online meeting directory by a group of 12-step coders.

Limitations: currently no way to choose two filters at the same time (both in person and in Spanish).
