C'est une structure de service compos\u00e9e de comit\u00e9s qui se r\u00e9unissent tout au long de l'ann\u00e9e. L'organisation s'efforce de promouvoir la participation et l'harmonie au sein de la communaut\u00e9, de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 nos besoins et de relever nos d\u00e9fis dans l'unit\u00e9, tout en continuant \u00e0 diffuser le message de la SIA dans le monde. Une CMS pleinement fonctionnelle garantit la vitalit\u00e9 des membres de la SIA. Les r\u00e9unions et les groupes reconnus sont repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s au sein de la CMS par leurs repr\u00e9sentants de service de groupe. L'adh\u00e9sion constitue le fondement de la structure de la SIA. L'unit\u00e9 de base de l'adh\u00e9sion est le groupe de r\u00e9union de la SIA, repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 par son repr\u00e9sentant de service de groupe.\n<br><br><strong>\nService et comit\u00e9s<\/strong><br>\n\nLes comit\u00e9s de la CMS sont compos\u00e9s de membres de la SIA. La CMS assure la cr\u00e9ation et l'impression de nouvelles publications, veille \u00e0 ce que les pr\u00e9occupations des groupes soient entendues et prises en compte, fournisse des conseils pour la communication publique et assure la viabilit\u00e9 financi\u00e8re de notre association dans son ensemble.
